Where does my data go?

Your document entries stay in your browser. If you use the contact form, your message and contact details go through Formspree with the tool name and page address. Document entries are not included.

How do I get a PDF?

Open the print dialog. If your browser offers Save as PDF, choose it to save the document.

Can I print a blank form to fill in by hand?

Yes. Print a blank form with labels and space to write, or fill in the document on the page before you print.

Does it work on a phone?

The forms fit small screens. Printed documents use the full paper layout.
